Richard J. Nealon is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. His areas of expertise include medical malpractice, products liablity, toxic torts and construction law. He previously was a partner in a major New York City civil litigation defense firm. Rich litigates medical malpractice, products liability and construction cases.

Secured summary judgment on multiple malpractice cases in the last several years.
In addition to his malpractice actions, Mr. Nealon currently represents a major international publishing company in a tort action involving an injury during reconstruction of its headquarters and a major manufacturer of industrial machinery in a pending products liability action.
Rich attended the Colegio San Ignacio in Santiago, Chile and the University of Vienna, Austria, before receiving his B.S.F.S. degree from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and his J.D. from Fordham University in New York City.
